The terms and conditions are agreed when you place the order.
All items are described carefully in the details - please email us if you are unsure about a colour or item and we will do our best to assist you.
The Gallery finished pictures are examples of what you can make.
PAYMENT:
The price for each item is listed and is in UK pounds.
Payment is through Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.
POSTAGE:
Items are not dispatched until payment is received. Once payment is received items will be dispatched within 2 working days (Mondays to Saturday) usually the same day. If you have an urgent request please email us and we will do our best to assist you. Standard delivery is via Hermes and they advertise estimated delivery 3-5 working days (3-7 working days for Ireland). We also offer DPD. Larger deliveries and deliveries outside mainland UK are through DPD. Royal Mail 2nd class is 2-3 working days.

United Kingdom mainland (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland mainland, not islands) - Postage and packing starts at the standard rate of £2.00 and is based on weight. Standard rolls weigh 300g each:
Standard Postage within the UK via Hermes & DPD:
Up to - 299g = £2.00 = smaller items
300g - 1501g = £4.00 Hermes or DPD £7.25 = up to 5 rolls
1502g - 4801g = £6.50 Hermes or DPD £7.50 = up to 10 rolls
4802g - 9999g = £9.50 Hermes or DPD £10.50 = 11 rolls to 33 rolls
9999g up = £15.00 Hermes and DPD
Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK:
Up to 1999g = £7.50
Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK:
Up to 1999g = £6.50
Customers in Republic of Ireland* (in GBP):
Up to 2101g = £13.00 = up to 7 rolls
2102g to 3301g = £18.00 = up to 10 rolls
3302g to 5101g = £22.00 = up to 17 rolls (over this weigh please email for delivery cost)
*Ireland - 2021 - Goods passing from Mainland UK to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are being treated as 'exports' and may be liable for duties and taxes (anticipated 20% VAT and 6% duty). The recipient (customer) will be liable for paying these. We reserve the right to use Royal Mail to Northern Ireland if more cost effective.
UK non-mainland areas - please contact before order for postage price.
International customers - please email for a postage price before placing your order. The amount will be confirmed to you. These shipments are 'exports' and may incur VAT and duty tax in your own country. The recipient (customer) will be liable for paying these.
Please ensure your postal address is correct at time of ordering. If items being purchased are too big for a post box please ensure you are available for delivery or leave instruction where the item can be securely left. We will follow your instructions for delivery to a safe place (i.e. porch) but can not accept delivery liability for items if you choose this delivery option.

RETURNS:
Returns if the item is faulty please contact us by email and we will refund the return postage once the item is received back and the full cost of the item.
Returns, if the product is not faulty must be within 14 days, in the original packaging and not damaged. Please email us to advise of the return or include your customer details with the return. The cost of the return postage is to be met by the customer. A refund will be arranged once the item is received.
SALE ITEMS:
Our 'sale' items are listed on our store page. They are either items that we do not feel can be sold at full price (for example an unevenly rolled deco mesh roll) or they are the end of a roll (for example end of a large roll of ribbon). We clearly mark if there are any defects and show photo example of the defect. These items are not returnable for their known defect and are 'sold as seen'.
ENVIRONMENT:
We use postage bags made from 100% recycled material, that can then be recycled. We re-purpose any boxes or packaging material that comes into us, so you will often see your items being posted out with old boxes cut up to protect them in during their travel to you.
PRIVACY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for 1 reason: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not pass on or share any information with anyone or out-source for marketing with any other company. We do not send you marketing emails, we use our Facebook page to up date our customers on new items and new ideas.
The type of information we use to process your order will include: your name address phone number email address. Your payments are processed via secure sites (Paypal or Stripe for card payments); we do not have access to your card or payment details.
From time to time we share details of our customers, who make and sell related items, through our Facebook page and website. These customers give their consent to share information. We do not endorse their product nor have any responsibility for the products they promote or sell. Please see their own sites for responsibility details.

Deco Mesh is a crafting item and not a toy and due care should be taken when using.
